Flourishing Faith Week 7
Have you ever been in a situation where you have to choose whether or not to be brave? Maybe it's a job offer, a new relationship, growing your family, or maybe it's just facing a conflict. Every week I usually face a situation where I have to choose bravery over fear. Honestly, there are weeks I get exhausted trying to muster up the energy and right attitude to choose bravery.
Sometimes it's just being brave enough to not flip out when my boys jump on their dirt bikes. Then there are days I am dealing with a difficult personality and I have to be brave enough to keep my mouth shut. As women, we juggle a million things daily, and the thought of being brave for it all can be overwhelming. What are you facing right now that requires you to be brave?I pray you can lean on God's strength through HIS Word to muster enough bravery to get through the next moment. You are not alone!!!
Prayer of the week:
Lord, sometimes life can be exhausting and I feel like I am keeping it together with mascara and a bobby pin. Lord, we ask for your strength, wisdom, and discernment as we muster enough bravery to face each day. Give us encouragement through your Word!Help me hide your Word in my heart and be light out in the dark world. In Jesus name,
Scripture of the week: "Be strong and let your heart take courage, all you who hope in the Lord." Psalm 31:2
Tool of the week: This week, I want you to journal. List out things you are going through THIS WEEK that causes bravery. How can you depend on God more to accomplish these things? YOU ARE BRAVE BECAUSE YOU ARE HIS.
