Our Story
Ashley & Jamie were mere acquaintances until they connected in 2012 through a mutual desire to live healthier lifestyles. They partnered together to help others achieve the same goals and their friendship has grown over the years into a relationship of extreme respect and a desire to serve others.In the Fall of 2015, one small act set the wheels in motion, placing Ashley & Jamie on a different path of service to others. Ashley was working on a Bible Study with her church group and she posted on social media a picture of her book, Seamless. The study drew Jamie’s attention because of a deep seated need she had to better understand the Bible as a complete story. Jamie felt compelled to dig into Seamless herself and gather a few friends for accountability in an online Facebook group. What Jamie did not realize was that the same seed was planted in Ashley’s heart to gather women for the same purpose. They combined their efforts and had hopes to gather 50-100 women to create a community to connect and learn more about the Bible and God’s promises for us all. They had no idea that God was weaving together a master plan that would far exceed the vision that Jamie & Ashley had in mind.
God took their small vision and He gathered over 8,200 women all across the world to dive into His Word together. One Facebook group, one Bible Study and thousands of women hungry for what only He can provide became a community of fellowship, support, prayer warriors and revival among the group.
It was impossible to deny that something special was happening through this Facebook group and in these women’s lives. Ashley & Jamie began to realize that there was a great need for women to have a soft place to land, where they could come as they are, ask questions and be lifted up. As the friendships between the women grew and lives were being changed, they knew they had to do something to keep these connections alive. With much prayer and seeking Gods will, Ashley and Jamie felt a calling from God to create this online community in an effort to provide ongoing opportunities for women to study the Word. It is their dream to increase their outreach through this online community. They desire for it to be a place where women can come together, find their true identity in Christ through the Word and know that they are a child of God, Beautifully Designed.
