Focus 14: 14 Days of Focus
Are you ready to go on a 14-day adventure with me? The last year I have been going through a suffering season that has my anxiety high and motivation low. In March I finally made a decision to join a gym and stop living off of carbs and caffeine. I am feeling much better physically and even mentally!! As I continue to navigate this hard season I realized so many women out there are doing the same, trying to do all the things and be all the things and it makes it hard to focus on their health. So here we are, this is where FOCUS 14 began!
It's simple. I created 5 things to do daily for the next 14 days. You can even change these 5 things, do only a few of them, and start when you want to. There are no rules or shaming if you miss a day and didn't accomplish them. It's just a reboot in your mind to help you create healthy habits.
Here are the 5 things to focus on for the next 2 weeks (feel free to tweak and you can even add work goals to the list):
- Read the Bible
- Move your body (this can be a walk, gym, or playing outside with kids)
- Eat healthy
- Drink 80 OZ of water
- 8 to 10,000 steps a day

I know life can be hard and busy and I hope this encourages you to FOCUS on YOU through each day and it helps you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually!!
